Please help.i have an arc s.had trouble with turning my phone on.changed on off buzzer module.still not able to switch phone on.please help

Does it vibrate or does the LED turn on when you connect the phone to a wall charger and then press and hold the power button for 10 seconds?

Led comes on when charging but there is no vibrate

let it charge for 1 hour then repair it with SUS or PCC
