Exchange Email problem

Hello,
I Just bought a Xperia SP. I Installed the latest update to the Android 4.3 software (12.1.A.0.266) and everything went normally.
I created an Exchange ActiveSync account to sync my emails, contacts and calendars with my outlook account. Automatic synchronization is enabled.
The problem is that sometimes I have a message "Connection Error (my email address) 'and impossible to read my new mails. In addition, new messages are no longer advertised.
I deleted and recreated the account several times without success. The configuration must be good since it works intermittently.
My tablet uses the same wi-fi and the same program without any problem.
Can someone help me? Thank you.

clear the cache on the email app go to settings>apps>email>clear data .Then setup email address again

What soft is on server side? Is it MS Exchange, or for example Kerio?
