exchange email HTML not displayed

Just have my Z3C for a couple of days.

I installed my exchange account on the phone and sync of agenda, contacts and email seems to work.

Only for email I have the problem that HTML messages are not displayed blanc text box), plain text messages are displayed and attachments can be downloaded.

On my old samsung galaxy S3, my emails are displayed perfectly so I think it is not the outlook exchange server that is to blame.

Are you using the Email app or another app? if the former, do you have an option to show HTML?

I am using the standard email app

I am using the standard email app and there is no option to download the HTML (if there is an attachment, the option to download the attachment is dispalyed and works)

No I dont get or at least I dont see that option

thanks for the information, the installation is automatic through my corporate active sync (identically to how it was done on my Samsung SIII).  Cant really find the solution in the link you provided.

installed nine mail app and that works perfect!
