Exchange Active Sync not Working!!!

Hi there, I recently bought an Xperia ArcS as a replacement for my iphone 4. Sadly I cannot sunve this with my companies Exchange Server and keep getting the error "Server Requires Unsupported Security Features". This is very frsutrating as this is a business phone and I cannot use at as a productivity tool! What is being done to fix this as I will be forced to sell the Xperia Arc S and go back to my iphone 4.

You most likely receive that message because the phone does not support one or several security policies that's being set on the server. The native client for Exchange sync in the phone does unfortunately not support that much security policies.

So my suggestions would be to either, check with the admin of the server. See if they can make any changes to this. Or use a more advanced client for Exchange sync in the phone. Like Moxier or Nitrodesk available on Market.
