Excess data usage.

Since my daughter received her xperia z4 or 5 not sure. She has has massively excessive data is there a way to prevent this. Data is being used several GB while shes sleeping. I have already switched fb videos off autoplay.

Make sure to also check the Back & reset area, you may have the device setup to backup the handset more often then you may want it to.
