My Xperia z1 is very good, except in one thing.
It has a vibration issue: sometimes instead of vibrate it produce a sort of squeak. I tried a reset ecc but nothing changed. I think it s an hardware problem.
Now, I ve purchased my phone online, in an Italian store ( I live in Italy Turin), with the EU guarantee.
What I have to do? How can I send it to guarantee? Is there a Sony service center near Turin?
