found error message  'I'm sorry, Unknow error program, will exit

on my phone 2 days ago as it will not disappear carried out all of Sony suggestions, reboot handset/restart in safe mode  still showed message  so I uninstalled all apps from Play Store  switched handset off  restarted  -  its still there

recently updated software has this caused message?

try to reset factory settings or if problem persists then wud suggest trying the sony update service
