Error when updating to ICS

When I get to the stage of preparing my computer for updating my phone an error message appears stating that it's not possible to install or initialize the components of updating of the software of the telephone.

I am in Portugal and my phone is blocked to "tmn" (portuguese mobile company), I don't know if that is relevant but I leave it anyway.

Please, what can I do to actually be able to update my Sony Ericsson Live Walkman to Ice Cream Sandwhich?

I'm portuguese too, 1235-9635 guess you have the same right?

In my opinion the "update" released on thursday was a decoy because there was no real update and nobody got it. Today most people are getting that message and sony says uh it's your pc fault. It's not you'll have to wait 1-2 days more so it really works.

Same error occurs for SI number 1261-6778
