!!! ERROR REPORT @ UPDATE Firmware \ Android !!!

Hi everybody.

When I start the Softwareupdate at Companion, after the process switches to Preperation for Softwareupdate, the following error report screens on.

"Could not install or start the components of Softwareupdating"

Hi, suggest you try Update Service. Here's the download link, http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/. Or .... you may want to consider using PC Companion on another PC/Laptop.
