how to troubleshoot this problem, please give me a solution
Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
Select USB3 on the left side in Emma and make sure that the checkbox on your screenshot is not enabled. When it's enabled you can only connect a C2305 that's compatible with that software version and it seems you're connecting a phone that is not to USB3.
If you still get that message, try rightclicking USB3 and deregister it and then try again.
If that doesn't help i recommend that you contact our support for Emma. Select Help -> Emma Web Site -> Make a support request.
