Error installation ics xperia neo

Hello everybody !

First, sorry for my bad language, i'm french

My xperia neo have the ics update, i try to install it but i have an error message (rhaaaaa ! :smileycry:). I post images here (they are in french sorry...). My firewall is disconnect, my antivirus is disconnect and my version of PC Companion is update.

What is the problem ?
