error in update P1i

hello

my phone model is "P1i"

i download "update service" to update it

but my phone model dosn't exits in list  "Select Model" in "update serivce"

please help me.

Unfortunately due to the age of this particular model it is no longer supported by the Update Service application. If you are experiencing a problem that requires the firmware to be reinstalled you would need to get the handset to an authorised repair agent.

i run wizard then: i set Touch wrong

now, keys on touch screen don't work normaly > and i can't master reset it

how i can reset my phone?
