Error in PC Companion

I'm getting error 0x8004005 and 0x8004f001 when i tried updating my xperia z thru pc companion. I was successful in updating my xperia z in the past and this is the first time i experienced this. It prompted me to downlnd Sony Mobile Update which I did and installed, then run PC Companion gain but nothing happened. Please help so that I can have the 4.3 update. Thanks.

Hi there,

Re-install your PS Companion and make sure that your "Firewall" and "AV- real time  protection" are temporarily disabled.

After that repeat the process of upgrading.
