Error in downloading apps from google store

am having a  problem..google play is not wroking, it was working, but now i couldnt get in, sum times am able to see download page but no apps r getting download, error n download is coming n phone , from desktop i tried to install n den too the download manager is not working and no app getting downloaded n ma EXperia L,

my net conncetion n mob is ok as i can open all other things and n security also i ve allowed download 4m unknown sources,
pls help me 2 sort out this,

the issue is happening wen i try to install form desktop , from my mobile  google store is working and its downloading now, but form desktop der is no response , wen i give install. download doesn't start but in store it says tat app ill be installed in phone,   it was downloading before last two days am facing this problem..

dis is d screen shot am getting, but download actually doesnt start aft this.

Reset your phone completely including erasing your internal storage. Let the phone restart after reset. Give it enough time. Dont rush through the registration process. When you enter your Gmail credentials, if you get a message saying "Google play closed", try the steps again from beginning very slowly giving phone time to load completely. The trick is to not let Google Play force close during initial registration process. Then, you will be able to download. This is a bug, that needs to worked on. Till then this is the procedure. Probably a new minor update could rectify this in future.
