there is a problem in front of the camera my sony Z3, after I upgrade the os newest provided in the system, a front camera I showed a line of blue and green, the result would appear that color, so I beg you please find the best solution, whether I should send down the OS again or how , tks abdul from Indonesia

Things to try 

settings > apps > all > camera > clear data > restart the phone > boot on safe mode

Does the line appear on all of the pictures as well or only when using the Camera?
