Xperia P has not been launched yet. The user manual will become available once it's available in store.

(Not sure why they decided to add the phone to the Support page already though).

Xperia P has already available in Asia.  So the manuals should be active, but it is not.

I will report this now so they can fix it.

In the meantime, it seems all languages except English are working so if you know any other language - check this link:
