I tried to Repair with PC Companion program

I wirte to support line, I received a Reference Number , but no news 24 hours after that.

Only I've whasap and Skype, no  more. Even without those applications the problem it's the same.

I'n travelling..... I bougth in Spain, but the phone it's in Ireland now...I really bougth because i liked photos and of course,.... water protection.

Any solution? Software solution ? Hardware Solution?

Unfortunately I believe that this a hardware issue and therefor needs to be fixed at a service center. To get this fixed your local support should be able to help you to locate the closest service location for you.

Hi @newbrokensony

First try to boot your device into safe mode like explain in the link below:

Thanks Samuel.

Yes, I think it's hardware.

But I'm very sorprised about your company. No international support even in the case of registered device.

I've received a message that say "

With regards to the repair, if you purchased your handset from Amazon directly, as stated previously, they are not an authorised retailer so we are unable to accept any proof of purchase from them. (.....)

You can still send your device to our repair centre, but without proof of purchase, a quotation will be raised for any repair. Also if the handset was not manufactured in the UK, we may not be able to repair it due to the components used. You could alternatively send your handset to the region in which it was manufactured to be repaired, but you would have to cover the costs to get it there and back. ""

When do you manufactur the device ? I have to worry about that?

So, I decided not use any more my new Sony Xperia , and now I've a new one from Motoroga. Sorry.
