Error after trying ICS update

Hello

I was trying to update my Xperia Mini Pro to Android 4 ICS through PC Companion software.

While it was installing the new version of Android, PC Companion showed me an error (code 100, see image below), stopped the process and from then the phone can't be turn on again. It only shows the "Sony Ericsson" logo and, after it, an error screen with an exclamation mark and it turn off.

I have tried the update process again in PC Companion, but it always show me the same error (code 100) as the first time.

I have tried the "repair phone" mode in PC Companion too, but the error it's the same.

Both softwares, PC Companion and Update Services, fail at the same point.

Could you help me please?  I don't know how to repair my phone Slightly_frowning_Face

Thank you in advance,

Thank you uliwooly for your answer.

Yes, I have tried that too. But the result is the same that in PC Companion: an error during updating process and the device can't be turned on yet. It shows "Sony Ericsson" and than, a screen with exclamation mark Slightly_frowning_Face

Thanks for your answer,

Yes, I know, the device is off. Then, I run Update Service, choose "Xperia mini pro" from the list of devices and the process begin. I connect the USB to the device while I press the volume down button, and it seems like it's installing something in the device, but suddenly the process stops with the same error than in PC Companion (error code 100).

Any idea? Slightly_frowning_Face
