Why equalizer and stereo widening do not working?

Which phone are you using, txt or txt pro?

I think he's referring to txt (ck13i). I have the same phone, and experiencing the same problem as well. Can this be expected to be fixed only in a later firmware/OS update?

Not sure what can or will be done for future updates. We have to wait and see. I don't get this information ahead of the release of the new software versions.

I have the same problem.

Equalizer not woking, when i change to normal to bass, voice, treble boost.

It's all the same. as well as the stereo widening. turn on and off, nothing change.

by the way my phone is txt(ck13i)

hopefully for your future phones, specifically for the "WALKMAN" phones as well as some of your entry level phones, you can add up a 5 or 6 or 7 band equalizer. so we customers can change the equalizer for our preferences.
