I just upgrade from a Z1 to Z5(E6833). Once the phone was fully charged I encrypted it. Then I went to security settings and selectes the password option for unlocking the screen. I then tested it and found that it was good. I then proceeded to upload a few apps and updated the existing ones. I swithched the phone off. On the restart I entered the password as required and the phone unlocked and opened on the main screen. After a while the screen locked and when I entered the password it did NOT work. I tried several times, but nothing. So here's the question. How is it possible for the password yo have worked anf then stopped? And how is it possible for the password to unlock the phone on start up but not when the scren is locked? I have to also mention that I haven't yet uploaded the software as I'm on a ship and as some of you might know data in the UAE is VERY expensive. Please advise.
