My phone xperia s model.
the screen does not turn on when I press the unlock button on the screen remains black.
sound coming from the phone is trying to power lights on but the screen does not display your urgent help.
Connect the phone to the wall charger > let it charge for about 1 hour > then repair it with SUS
Also, press and hold power & volume up for 5 seconds

Dear Sony!
I am really dissapointed about the SONY quality and performance.:smileyworried:
I have a Sony Xperia S LT26i.
AND the same black screen problem.
The reason why I decided to buy a SONY phone was the quality I believed exist in this brand.
However I see this mass black screen problem I have not trust in Sony anymore. Reading forums this issues means buying a new phone comparing it to the repair cost. One thing is sure for me.
I WILL NEVER BUY A SONY PRODUCT ANYMORE.
Congratulation to this poor performnace and losing the credit I had in this brand...
