Email , Gmail Notifications...!!

After ICS UPdate, i am not getting any email or gmail notificationsl....is there any fix for this....??

Could you please confirm which phone you have. Also make sure you have the notification settings set correctly in each app. This can be found in the settings section of each app

i am using a sony experia neo...all the settings are correct.....
