ELM software problem

Hello everyone,

   As i'm not able to install any applications & games, i tried to update via phone (elm j10i2). the message i got is that 'the phone is up to date'. And i tried it through PC companion, the message was 'could not update: modified software installed'. Could anyone help???:smileysad::smileyconfused:

  Thanks for your link. But this too did not help, as it stated that my phone contains modified software that could not be updated.

First of all, is there an update for your phone?

I guess if you did not modify phone software and still having problem updating, suggest sending it to your local SE Service Centre, they should be able to resolve this issue for you.
