Earpiece volume setup?

Hello,

Is there a way to setup earphone volume (not headphones). There is no option in Settings > Sound > Volumes?

When I receive calls it is always on full volume. Is there a hidden solution/option or an update in near future.

As a workaround i've downloaded the "Volume" application, are there any better applications?
