Earphone problem!! help

my new earphones which were in the box are not working properly ,,,whenever there is a beat in the song some continuous poping sound is heard ,,,i am tthinking of buying new earphones...so advice me and i wanted to ask if there will b any problem if i buy non sony headphones or earphones...:smileyconfused:

I suggest that you have these headphones checked and compare with another headset at a retailer.
If your supplied headphones are defect you should contact your local support team.
