Ear speaker is not working and I cant ans calls via headset

Can you elaborate your problem please? 

Did you perform diagnostics on your ear speaker? (Settings -> About phone -> Diagnostics -> Test tab -> Ear speaker)

Thanks for writing to me.

I am facing an issue with my ear speakers cant hear its very dim.

secondly i have to rotate while someone talks to me so i can hear them out.

Unable to ans call via the headset only via speaker mode pls help.

I have done the necessary diagnostics and the speaker is said to work fine but still m facing this issue

This is a known issue with Lollipop running devices.
- After 5.1 update, some 3rd party apps might take control of your mic and not releasing it when phone app needs it. Of these apps: call recording apps, Skype, and others.
- Also, sometimes when "OK Google" detection is set to work from any screen, disable it from Apps drawer -> Google Settings -> Search & Now -> Voice -> "OK Google" detection.

- If nothing of these worked, try to perform a software repair using PC Companion.
