Ear Speaker and Head set problem

As of late My Xperia J ear speaker or head set wont work at a time

If you are able to listen music then ear speaker wont be working any more

If Ear speaker is working Head set wont be identified by the Phone
Tried factory reset
Still problem continues

please advice
