E-mails counting is not right

Good morning,

the counting of mails is not fine on my XPeria SP : I have no more mails in my box, but it still write 23 mails in the box. How can it happen. It's the case since I have made a major upgrade in March I believe.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

In this case it would be worth resetting the email application and re-inputting your account details: Main menu > Settings > Apps > All > Email > Clear Data.
