E-mail doesn't arrive

Help 

I have a sony Xperia Z1

i confrigated my mail 

but sadly it doesn't read in all of my mail only a few 

can someone help me please?

Sorry but are you saying only some emails are received? Have you configured the settings to sync emails for more than X amount of time?

yes i did 

i even tried the refresh button 

but nothing works

Are you using a pop or imap account settings because one of those settings will if they have been read then they will be exempt from syncing

I do use pop 

but the rest i didn't quite understood

Not sure which one but if you use for example Imap email on one system and read an email then that email will become exempt from syncing to other devices - Several members have reported similar issues well not really an issue as it's the way it's always been since before Android but after changing all settings to one settings on all devices and ticking a few boxes with the email providers settings then the problem is resolved
