E-mail and Exchange Active Sync

Hello,

I configured my exchange active sync email  on my xperia Z.

I receve mail, contact, and agenda, with no problems.

When i receve a new email, the phone notify that's i receved a new mail, but in my xperia z mail box it don't appear.

So in my mailbox i have no mail.

In my send box i have all my send mail.

I m really desapointed.

Is anyone have an idee?

Is it possible that your emails are sorted into subfolders on the server? When in the inbox on the phone, tap "Inbox" at the top and then "Show all folders" and check the folders you have.

If that's not the problem, what happens if you try this account in another client like RoadSync, Moxier or NitroDesk TouchDown?
