Downloading problems

I try to download from my sony xperia and always get download failed

i do not have any trouble when it comes to downloading from the google play app store or upgrade any of my apps

they only time is when i am trying to download a video or film online that i have problems

someone please assist

Could you please elaborate? What kind of service/app are you using to download a film?

Is this an error when using mobile data and also consider that your memory maybe insufficient to save said video files
