Download application problem

Hi.

This is OV Khan, I am facing a problem that i am not able to download any application from the google play store, i have also reset my phone but it didn't help. i just purchased this cell phone before 2 days and i have facing that issue. Whould you guys help me to get rid of this problem.

Is your data or wifi (internet) working? 

settings > apps > all > play store > uninstall updates > restart your phone > check again

My wifi is working properly. I have not found unistall application in google play store.

It give me the error.

(WhatsAPP Messenger) could not be be downloaded due to an error (495)

Remove the Gmail account from the phone and re-add it > check again

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I suggest clearing the Cache of the Playstore as well as the Google Services Framework application. See instructions below.

Menu > Settings > Apps > All > Google Play Store > Clear Data

Google Services Framework

Menu > Settings > Apps > All > Google Services Framework > Clear Data.

Once done try downloading from the Playstore. I hope this helps.

I have done this activity in several time time but nothing could be change

Have you try my suggestion ? (deleting the gmail account)
