Downgrade Firmware

Hi

Sony Xperia J slow after update firmware.

This problem happen after i update new firmware 11.0.A.3.28.

I have try repair using Sony Pc Companion and reset use "factory data reset". My phone still slow generally.

Hope Sony Support can give me firmware version 11.0.A.3.18 or 11.0.A.3.16 (Original firmware). i want to downgrade firmware xperia j. If Sony Support have other solution to fix this problem, hope you can tell me.

1. repair your phone with SUS
2. disable unwanted apps
3. if you sync fb make sure you don't sync your albums (it will slow down your phone)
4. do NOT use taskiller and/or antivirus

Thanks for updates.

I have download and install use link below. But my phone still slow. Maybe firmware 11.0.A.3.28 is not stable at my phone.

I try install Update_Service_Setup-2.11.12.5.exe  after download & updates process still use new version like Update_Service_Setup-2.12.12.41.exe

Hope you can give me other solution to fix this problem.

if you have intrusive apps like taskillers and antivirus they will slow down your phone and make Android unstable, also yahoo mail its known to slow down phones.

if you are syncing fb make sure not to sync albums as this will slow down your phone

Hi

I have reset my phone, after reset my phone still slow. I still not install apps at phone and still not connect to internet, i use default apps in android. But my phone still slow.

I wonder why it isn't possible to perform software downgrades via SUS or PCC.

Since Sony is not willing to fix bugs for ICS, it would be a great support for customers if they could just solve many problems on their own and choose the best software for their needs.

Thanks for suggesting switching off FB-Image-Sync!! No lag for minutes now, I couldn't even start Settings or Ringtone-Selection before AT ALL!

Feels like 4x-speed... Hoep this lasts long.
