Doesn't Work - everything

The only parts of the phone that still work are the power button and the volume keys. I am trying to reset my phone so that it will hopefully sort out the screen being oriented completely off centre, the three buttons and the bottom not working, and the touch screen not working.  Howver, to restore the phone, I must unlock the phone, and as the touch screen is not working... Wondering if there is a way to reset without unlocking?

Hi, you may try using PC Companion or Update Service to reset your phone. Not sure if they will work as the hard button is required during the process. Be aware that this process will erase phone data completely.

For pc companion, you need to unlock the phone, but touch screen wont work so that's proving impossible.
For update service, you need to hold down back button, that also doesn't work, so that isn't possible either.
I think it may well be a hardware issue, it's just unusual I presume, as so much of it doesn't work.. But thanks anyway!
