doesn't recongnize sim/ find any available networks after latest android update

Hi, my xperia doesn't recongnize sim/ find any available networks after latest android update. Have tried to restart with removing sim. It does find some service providers but  all are unavailable.

any suggestions?

Hi there,

First of all I recommend that you try with a different SIM card in your phone to see if your SIM card have been damage in some way. 

If the problem still persists you can try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:
