Doesn't play sounds, but work fine when ringing

Hey, i've got my phone about 3 months ago, and it had worked fine, but in the last couple of days it has begun to act wierd. When i try to play sound or music without ear phones in, it's just quiet and doesn't say a thing. But I plug earphones in i can hear it.... I would thought that it was the speaker that was broken, but when i people call me i can hear their voice.... Somebody who's phone has did the same? And anybody that know what i should do?

so you;re saying  you can hear people saying on the loud speaker.

just to be sure test all the speakers.

open dial pad.

dial *#*#7378423#*#* , select service test and check.

I hear what they say normal when i pick it up, but when i set it on speakers i can't hear a thing.... Just tried the test both for speaker and streospeaker and it don't say a thing... .It did they same the other day, but the sound came back a couple of days after... And then i drop it and the sound went missing

then it must be a hardware problem. suggest to get it checked from a service center nearby.
