the Xperia P it is NFC capable, if it wasn't there isn't a way to add it

What Uliwooly said is correct. However, if you mean to say the Smart tags, then it depends on country basis. In India, the phone package included two Smart tags.
Hey dude ur right I guess hez asking for the smart tags. I guess it aint country specific those two tags are included everywhere.
it seems that they weren't included in the UK and other markets
