does not turn on sony logo appears

Hi

Does anyone know how to fix a problem with experia play, when i turn it on only the sont logo screen appears, then disappears then comes and goes, nothing else.

Can anyone help to fix the problem, or know how to fix it,  or any ideas.

Force shutdown(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates three times).Turn on normally after.
