Does feedback reach Sony?

Just curious, does the feedback written here end up to Sony staff at all, or is this discussion only btw the users?

I guess two way discussion btw the users and Sony is too much to ask for, but in a way it would be nice to know if someone from Sony is i.e. reporting the bugs to the appropiate departments.
