docking station charge problem

Hi, my name is Chester, Why does the docking station have a usb jack to plug into the pc if it doesn't work? I did not receive an adaptor with it to be able to plug it into a wall socket! What now?

hi, the charing dock can only be used to charge the phone. it can't be use to transfer file from your computer.

just plug the charging dock with the power adapter that comes with your phone and you're ready to charge.
