Do Sony actually read these posts????

I have never seen so many negative posts about a smartphone, do Sony ever read any of these concerns, more to the point do they ever offer any form of assistance?

In a word, no.

You get this on all forums. People with the good experience aren't going to come on here and say so - it's all those with the bad experiences.

What do you mean with so many negative post ? 10, 20, 50, more ? How many Z2 devices were sold ?

2 you can contact Xperia care directly

3 the forum only reflect a small portion of Xperia users

4 you can't judge or assume anything from a phone based on a support forum, why? Bc only users with issues post here
