Throw can't recognize my LG smart TV after latest update...Is there any Sony representant to answer?

im also having this problem. as ive never had a sony phone before i thought it was me getting the setings etc wrong, but having googled it im not the only one. i also have a LG smart tv. it wont throw in either of the settings
