DK25 Xperia V Charging Dock problems (STAMINA)

Hi!

After updating Xperia V to last JB4.3 i have a problem. New firmware have STAMINA technology and it can be tuned ON automatically when battery is really low (flashing RED). When STAMINA is ON, charging in DK25 don't start. If i insert charging cable directly into the phone, it charges normally. If i turn STAMINA off, the phone charges normally at DK25.

I don't use SmartConnect. All events in this APP are OFF.

How i can resolve this problem?

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

That sounds quite strange. First of all make sure that the contacts on the phone and the dock is clean. 

If they are I suggest that you try to boot your phone into safe mode to see if the problem may be related to any 3rd party app that you have installed in your phone:

All contacts clean - phone charges normally in DK25 only when STAMINA is OFF.

According to your recommendation I'll try to charge phone in DK25 with STAMINA, using Safe Mode.

I had this problem even before the 4.3 update. But it was quickly solved by turning the phone off and start the phone again. No more such problem after that. It could be because of turning on and off the dock too quickly that left the software in a confuse state :D.

Well, OK. The problem solved, now the phone charging normal in dock station when STAMINA and power saving mode are ON.
