Display turn off

After I have finished the configuration of the phone, I have plugged the headphones (MH1c).

The display turn off (no backlight) but touch is working. No way to turn on the display.

I have used the emergency shutdown procedure. After restart display is working again.

Maybe a firmware problem,

Which build number are you running on?

Do this happen independent of what you connect to the 3,5mm jack?

Build number is 14.1.G.1.518

It doen't happen everytime, for now it happens one time.

Now I'm using headphones without problem everyday but I disabled the optimize backlight option on dysplay settings.
