display remains light when charjing

i just updated my phone(SP) to Android 4.3 but when the phone is charjing the display screen remains on. (the LCD doesnt go to standby during charjing the battery). this the first time i face such a problem. please hep me.

I haven't activated Developer Options on 4.3 but I'm pretty sure there was some setting in there regarding screen staying on when plugged to charger. If above solution doesn't help try finding "screen on while charging" option in Developer Options menu.

Probably a 3rd party app is acting

Cuase I have this problem but its some time..I haven't problem with it

But screen will not lighe up too long it will switch off after 1-2 minutes
