Display problem.

I bought Sony Xpera Z Ultra Model  No :C6802 a month ago, My phone was  working  perfect but suddenly I  start   facing a problem which is on right side on display  of mobile set is one strange kind of line is appearing , and then its display totally spoiled and my phone out of order now can one help.

Device is very thin and have a massive display, there was a number of reports that screen is easily cracking if you place it in your jeans pockets due to the pressure. It might be your case. Best to do is to send it for repair in a case software repair using sus or pc companion doesn't resolve your issue

I advice all not to insert the device in the jeans pocket. I put it in the jeans front pocket and left for a drive for few hours. after that the phone got a small bent.

Dear friend

Thank you very much for your reply, but I am one 100 percent sure about that I never put this  device in pocket or not throw etc, at the same time of my purchase I bought a expensive cover also in which I use to keep it, any ways toady I went to local dealer from where I bought this phone and he took it for repair bc its under warranty but I m very much disappointed from Sony and never sagest any one to buy this Brand
