Display problem.

I have a xperia z and its 5 month old but beside the charging connecter back body is broken up to 3mm

in this time its display light  create problem

but in sony center not take it warranty he tell me that these under phisical dammage and say it warranty  not take by service center if you make it you pay hole charge 

what I do plz soni help me
