display not working

Being a water proof phone , i took it to a swimming pool with clear water. It had been just 2 minutes and the display stopped working. Al the flaps were tightly closed. It is under warranty too and the service center people told that it can't be covered. How can the say this ? It is a water proof phone. If it gets damaged they should cover it because they say its water proof.

Sorry to hear that, some distributors have removed water damage from warranty. Do you have a warranty document stating that? You can also ask if they can perform a vacuum test to see if it's a user misuse or factory defect.

In all cases, you should be in contact with your Local support, we are users like you on this forum and won't be able to provide more help than them.

I have warranty documents chester. Thanks for helping! I'll ask them for vacuum test
