Hi,
Starting of this year, I bought Sony Xperia z3 phone which impressed me and I immediately bought it but today my phone was dropped(accidentally) in a jug which wouldn't be even 10 cms but display went off immediately.
I got surprised when phone got messed up. I know that all ends(sd card, usb port) were closed properly before it fell into jug and I'm pretty sure in it. But yet, the support personal when I went to service center said it is not water proof, it is just water resistant.
Look, I'm not a rich guy to just go ahead and buy another phone or replace the screen, but then why do you advertise it falsely when the phone isn't really capable of what it is advertised?
Seriously.. service support personal says they might charge 15k for display etc etc.. Tell me why was I given false information at first?
I'm really frustrated as I bought the phone for 40k Rs and now I need to pay another 15k Rs because you advertised it falsely?
As I said before, I'm not rich, but I'm a huge fan of sony, and I've bought around 5 xperia phones till now, but I've lost my hope on sony.
