Have anyone else this issue? It is brand new and the second one with this issue. It looks like liquid under the screen.

It is difficult to see from the picture so I will have to take your word for it. I am sorry this has happened twice, it may be a batch problem. I recommend you contact your Local support team.
I think I can see what you are decribing there. It is a physical issue so I can't really advise anything you can do yourself to fix it.
You could try your retailer for a replacement, however if this is already a replacement and it's got the same issue, the whole batch that retailler has may be a problem.
To ensure the issue is resolved your local repair centre would be the best option. Your Local support team can set that up.
